Final Sleep Study Results
I got my final results phone call. They said that the mask was effective. My oxygen didn't go down and stayed in normal ranges. It kept me from having the apnea and my rate would be 7. I heard from my supply company and they said that they would call me as soon as they hear back from my insurance company and I am still waiting for that call :). Soon it will be here and I will be doing a video on it.. so come back soon!

I am at about the same point. I just got my CPAP machine yesterday and managed to get through the night, but it was hard. It's all an adjustment. But I didn't wake up feeling miserable, so that's something. I hope it gets more natural as time goes by.
